(Providing you have a reasonable internet connection the FLASH videos should start to play within a few seconds after you have pressed play on bottom of the video screen. If you find the video keeps stopping, run the mouse over the video so you can see the control bar and press the pause button. Wait a couple of minutes for the video to get ahead of itself and then press play. Alternatively you can view the video in other formats as per below.)
